Using the wall makes complex poses more available because it's solid, substantial, unmoving, material. The wall tells us where we are in space and gives us support and feedback. We practice at letting go of the walls within and outside of ourselves.
Stability Balls challenge your core, rev up your upper body strength, add some new options for inversion work, and surprise yourself with supported poses. We will explore yoga-based poses done using a stability ball to provide support in helping you improve balance and flexibility.
The stability ball is a great way to get extra support for moves that require endurance and flexibility and it also adds a balance challenge to some poses including serious Ab work! Deeper poses can be practiced with ease to help you experience greater benefits.
