Three Week Beginner Yoga Series with Michelle Didner Learn how to organize and balance the body through breath work, guided visualizations and proprioception. Gain insight into the principles of alignment to feel safe and comfortable stepping into an open level class. We'll learn how to use the props to tailor any class to our bodies and situation. Leave with a better understanding of how to use yoga to progress healing rather than exacerbating any injuries. We'll work progressively, together, to build from the ground up. Small group setting to allow for individualized instruction. Week 1: breath work & standing poses
