Summer Yoga Retreat in the Catskills

Spend a weekend nestled in the beauty of the Catskills at Heathen Hill practicing yoga, enjoying the outdoors, lazing away and nourishing yourself on amazing food grown in Heathen's garden.
The weekend will be a mix of asana practice and Jenny's signature 'Stability for a Yoga Body' moves - a series of exercises to create strength and stability in the central regions of the body made mobile by yoga practice - developed to prevent everyday injuries.
Outside of the yoga studio, you can kick back and relax in an Adirondack chair, soak up the sun, take a dip in the swimming hole, hike the lands, explore the labyrinth, play volleyball and badminton and use the hot tub. We gather for lunch and dinner feasting on deliciously prepared food - most of which is grown on site. At night, weather-permitting we unwind by the bonfire and take in the night sky or maybe have a movie night. If you prefer to use the retreat for alone time, group activities are optional. You can always sleep or sneak off to chat with a buddy or go antiquing.
Heathen Hill is in Franklin, NY, 2.5 hours from Danbury. Arrive Friday night for dinner with the gang. We'll have two 90-minute sessions on Saturday, with time between for lounging or exploring on your own. Then my friend Tobie Schuerfeld and I will co-teach a 2-hour session on Sunday morning. After our Sunday morning practice enjoy a country brunch before heading home.
