Come re-center in a group setting and cultivate peace during your busy day. Every weekday at 2pm, join us for a free meditation session.We'll spend the first 15 minutes getting centered and settling in, then either lying or sitting, we will engage in a meditative practice for about 30 minutes. Stay as long as you are able, the option to leave as needed is always available.
